YouSewGlam Shipping & Delivery Policy
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days.
Shipping Schedule
Orders are shipped on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Cut-off Time
Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST on shipping days will be shipped the same day.
Orders placed after this time will be shipped on the next scheduled shipping day.
Example:
- Order Monday before 12 PM → ships Monday
- Order Monday after 12 PM → ships Wednesday
Tracking information will be emailed once your package has shipped.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates.
Shipping Delays
YouSewGlam is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers (such as USPS), weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Once an order has been marked as delivered, YouSewGlam is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer may choose to have the order reshipped at their expense or receive a refund for the product only. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
