At YouSewGlam, the safety and hygiene of our products are extremely important to us.

Due to the sanitary nature of cosmetic products, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any products once an order has been placed.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Lip gloss
• Lip oils
• Cosmetic products
• Opened or unopened items

This policy ensures that every customer receives brand new, unused products.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item in your order, we will gladly provide a replacement or appropriate solution.

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please email us with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the items you received
• Photos of the packaging

Once the issue is confirmed, we will send a replacement package at no additional cost.

Lost or Stolen Packages

YouSewGlam is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the package has been marked delivered by the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for packages once marked as delivered.

If this occurs, please contact your local USPS office for further assistance.
